パスポート：十分な有効期限があるか確認をお願いします。 ビザ：アメリカの入国に必要な査証要件を確認してください。日本国籍のゲストの場合は、ビザ免除プログラムの対象となる可能性がありますが、出発前にESTAの取得が必須です。航空券の予約時にESTAを申請するか、少なくとも渡米日の72時間以上前にESTAの申請をすることを強くお勧めします。出発日当日にESTAを申請する場合は、搭乗前に渡航認証を取得できないリスクが生じます。また、承認されたESTAをお持ちでない海外旅行者は、搭乗を拒否されますのでご注意ください。過去すでにESTAを申請したという方も再度有効期限のご確認をお願いいたします。--私はこれでGWに飛行機を逃しました。 https://jp.usembassy.gov/ja/visas-ja/esta-information-ja/

For Guests from overseas

Passport: Please check to ensure that your passport is still valid. Visa: Please check visa requirements for entry to the United States. Guests of Japanese nationals may be eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, but must obtain an ESTA before departure. It is strongly recommended that you apply for an ESTA when booking your ticket or at least 72 hours before your travel date to the United States. If you apply for an ESTA on the day of departure, you run the risk of not obtaining travel authorization before boarding. Please note that international travelers without an approved ESTA will be denied entry to the United States and prevented from boarding at the airport prior to departure. Also, if you have received an ESTA for previous travel, please check the expiry date in advance of any travel -- I (Tsubasa) missed my flight to the USA in the past because of this. :D

日本からご旅行の際は、以下のいずれかの空港をお勧めします。日本からキューカ湖近辺へは残念ながら直行便がないため乗り継ぎ必須です。日本からのゲストについては送迎をアレンジするため、フライトご予約確定後に空港到着時間もしくは送迎希望日時をご連絡ください。 グレーター・ロチェスター国際空港（ROC） -- ミネソタ州にもロチェスターがあるので要注意！ニューヨーク州のロチェスターを選んでください。 バッファロー・ナイアガラ国際空港（BUF） -- もしナイアガラの滝観光を考えるならこちらがおすすめ。 エルマイラ・コーニング・リージョナル空港（ELM）--結婚式場から最寄りの空港ですが、便数が少ないため日本からの渡航には不向きかもしれません。

Flight

We have several options!

We recommend flying into one of three airports: Elmira (airport code ELM) -- This is the closest airport to the wedding venue. OR Rochester, NY (airport code ROC) -- as indicated, this is NOT in Minnesota, which has a city of the same name, but in New York state. This will most likely be the most convenient option, as it is closer than Buffalo yet still has more connecting flights. OR Lastly, if you are interested in visiting Niagara Falls beforehand, or if cheaper tickets are available, we also suggest looking into options through Buffalo, New York (airport code BUF).

This is one of two hotels with which we've created a group discount for guests of the wedding -- we've blocked off 30 rooms for the group "Sato-Rodenhouse," so please be sure to use that name when making your reservation.

The Mansion at Keuka Lake

This is one of two hotels with rooms blocked off for the wedding -- the group name to access this reservation is "Sato-Rodenhouse Block." Please contact the front desk by July 14th to provide your information and a payment method to have on file for check-in. The block is being held from 08/15/2024, checking out 08/18/2024 and will be released 30 days prior to the check-in date. However, we highly recommend that you book accommodations as soon as possible to ensure that all guests are accounted for in advance of that date.
