Will there be food and/or alcohol?

Answer

Yes, cocktail hour will be after the ceremony and before the reception where appetizers will be served and alcohol will be available for purchase. There will be non-alcoholic beverages as well. Buffet-style dinner will be available when the Bride and Groom are served their dinner *Please note- some foods may be allergenic

What is the color theme?

Answer

Sunset Mai Tai Dusty Sage Agave Dusty Blue Floral prints- Spring-time colors. These color names are from Azazie

Will there be parking?

Answer

Parking is available and it is free. Please park in lots off of Government Way by the main gates. Signs will be posted.

Will weather conditions be taken into consideration?

Answer

Yes. Between the ceremony and reception, there is a covered area as well as a non-covered area.

What are the seating arrangements?

Answer

Other than the wedding party reserved for the fist 2 rows, all seating is first come first serve.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than an hour before the ceremony (3:30pm). Please make sure you are in your seats no later than 4:15pm. Cocktail hour and reception to follow the ceremony.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Answer

Yes. There will be an area by the bathrooms for all types of smoking (excluding illegal products). This includes cigarettes, vaping devices, pipes, cigars, and any other tobacco products not listed.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Although we love having children in our lives, we ask that no children under the age of 10 attend the ceremony unless otherwise approved by the Bride and Groom. They are more than welcome to join us for the reception, however, we are not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur. *Please note- there will be alcohol and some fowl language

Are we allowed to take photos?

Answer

We highly encourage you to take as many photos as you would like at the reception. We do ask that you don't use cameras or phones during the ceremony out of respect for the Bride and Groom. We have hired a professional photographer to capture these moments for them.
