Troy's friendship with Ben started in sixth grade over discussing the finer points of Xbox... and not much has changed since that point. However, their friendship was strong enough to not only survive middle school and high school, but also four years together at IU as roommates. Ben has been beside Troy for many important moments in his life, so it's only fitting he'll be right next to him for the Big Day.
Katherine Ranft

Katherine is the baby sister of the Ranft girls. Katherine is always ready for sister sleepovers and she keeps Caroline in check with her surprisingly wise attitude for someone who calls everyone "dude".
Thomas Chapman
Groomsman
Thomas is Troy's oldest brother and the person responsible for starting Troy's passion for running. The two typically bond over the shared misery of being a Cleveland sports fan, the bad beats of sports gambling, and who can one up the other's sock game.
Danielle Wilson

Danielle and Caroline have been friends since second grade and neighbors since middle school. They have stood together through St. Luke, North Central, carpooling, swim team, volleyball, in the education field, and now at Caroline's wedding!
Tyler Chapman

As the remaining Chapmans have moved all across the country, Tyler and Troy remain the sole defenders of the 317. Tyler is quick to offer an ear in any issue and is always happy to commiserate. Troy knows no better storyteller, due in large part to his high school experiences as a Taco Bell employee.
Katherine Keesling

Caroline and Kat met at North Central and have been partners in crime ever since. Kat has never met someone who isn't her friend, but Caroline has been lucky to be at the top of that list for many years.
Bryan Roberts

Bryan gets bonus points for wanting to be Troy's friend in fifth grade when he was, without a doubt, at his nerdiest. Bryan somehow had a kind enough heart to see through that exterior and has remained one of Troy's closest friends ever since. Bryan is Troy's #1 hype man, and more importantly, people in his rec baseball league "swear he was throwing upper 80s." He's still got it.
Amy Smikle

Amy and Caroline met at North Central. Their unlikely friendship has become an irreplaceable part of Caroline's life. Amy and Caroline have been each other's cheerleaders through all life's challenges.
Kyle Lewis

Kyle is actually Troy's oldest friend given they met in Kindergarten. Despite accidentally sending Troy to the nurse with two broken front teeth that year, their friendship has not suffered. Kyle is the type of friend that would do almost anything you ask without hesitation. Kyle is the life of any party and somehow seems to know everyone.
Katie Lea

Katie was Caroline's first friend in their sorority and first roommate out in the post-grad world. Katie and Caroline have an honest friendship that has kept Caroline sane through all life's changes since they met eight years ago.
Christian Pena

Christian and Troy have been linked together their entire life as they were both born on the same day in the same hospital (July 5, 1995 if anyone is looking to buy us a birthday gift). Actually meeting in sixth grade, Christian has always been a good influence to Troy and the rest of his groomsmen. It's very possible one of them would be in jail without him.
Alyssa Unger

Alyssa and Caroline met by having nearly identical schedules through college. They knew their friendship was meant to be when they seamlessly joined up for every group project. The biggest project was living together senior year while dating another set of roomates (Troy and his best man)!
Drew Sellers

Another member of the group that met in Mrs. Busche's sixth grade class, Drew and Troy consistently bond over their shared love of Stephen King novels and NBA basketball among many other things. Given many of the other groomsmen have since abandoned them for the greener pastures of New York, Madison, and Fort Wayne (?), Drew and Troy can be found up to shenanigans together most weekends.
