Here are a few of our favorite places in the downtown Indianapolis area!

We love walking along the canal and it was a regular part of our quarantine days. The canal passes museums, parks, murals, a playground, and a war memorial.

Canal Walk

The NCAA museum has historic exhibits and an old school basketball gym to try your luck at historic buzzer beating shots.

NCAA Hall of Champions

Troy and I love visiting the state museum and letting our inner children out! The fossilized poop and wooly mammoths are some of our favorite parts.

Indiana State Museum

This food hall has ramen, pizza, burgers, oysters, brazilian street food, mexican, lobster, and more. Drinks are served in the middle of the hall by one of our favorite brewery / distilleries, Big Woods.

Perfect brunch spot. This is where we ate before Troy proposed!

LouVino Indianapolis Mass Ave Restaurant & Wine Bar

A favorite for comfort food. The hot honey and Fried chicken is a dream. The Eagle is on the south end of our favorite area for bars and food, Mass Ave.

If you are around Friday night, the Rathskeller biergarten is our favorite place for live music, dancing, and outdoor brews!

We love coming here during the day for free arcade games, giant jenga, etc. Caroline is a big fan of the vodka slushies and the rocket popsicle cocktail! 16-Bit is located at the south end of our favorite area for bars and food, Mass Ave.

This is Troy's favorite bar! They are known for their cozy, apartment furnishings and moscow mules.

Burnside Inn

This is a historic Indianapolis cocktail lounge right on monument circle. We have ended one or two dates with a drink here!
