6:00pm: Buses arrive at the W City Center and the Viceroy Hotel 6:15pm: (sharp!) Buses depart for Welcome Cruise 10:00pm: Cruise Ends. Buses Arrive taking guests back to The W City Center and the Viceroy

5:30pm: Shuttles arrive 5:45pm (sharp!): Shuttles depart from W City Center & The Viceroy Hotel (Note: Thompson Hotel guests should meet at the Viceroy) 10:00pm to 3:00am: Shuttle bus arrives and begins making rounds to the W City Center & the Viceroy Hotel
