WHO SHOULD I ASK IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE WEDDING? Please contact Maggie or Derek if you have questions. WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION BE HELD? Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Villa Bellezza Winery & Vineyards in Pepin, Wisconsin.
WILL THE CEREMONY BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? The ceremony will be outdoors under a pavilion. Of course we hope to have amazing weather, but please plan accordingly in case of rain. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, so please arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand.
WILL THE RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? The reception will be indoors, however there will also be a gorgeous outdoor area where guests can mingle and enjoy fresh air if the weather cooperates! WILL THERE BE A COCKTAIL HOUR? Yes! Following the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour. WILL THERE BE A DINNER? Yes, after cocktail hour, we’ll be serving dinner buffet-style with a build-your-own pasta bar. You’ll be able to choose your sauce, meat, and/or veggies! There will also be bread and Caesar salad served with the meal. WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY AND/OR DIETARY RESTRICTION? Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any allergies and/or dietary restrictions and our catering team will accommodate for you. WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL SERVED? Yes, there will be delicious wine served from the winery and beer.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE? Our wedding is semi-formal so we would love for you to dress up a bit! SHOULD I WEAR A SPECIFIC COLOR? We would love for you to wear your attire in one of our wedding colors if you are able. Please go to the "Attire" section on our website for more details.
WHEN DO I RSVP? Please RSVP through the website by August 2nd. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE? Due to capacity limits at our venue, plus ones are by invitation only. CAN I BRING MY KIDS? We absolutely adore your little ones, but due to capacity limitations, we are only able to invite children of close family/the wedding party. We hope you can use this opportunity to enjoy a night off and celebrate with us! We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you there.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE? Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Guests may leave their car overnight if needed. Please be sure to pick it up before noon the following day. WHERE SHOULD I STAY? While we do have a few hotel blocks available, we encourage guests to consider Airbnb or VRBO accommodations closer to the venue.
