Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield

We have blocked hotel rooms for our guests at Embassy Suites in Brookfield. The room rates are $139 per night for a standard king suite and $159 per night for a standard double queen suite. The hotel is located 30 minutes from Milwaukee Airport and 20 minutes from all wedding festivities. A shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding venue. The hotel offers daily complimentary made-to-order breakfast from 7am to 10am and has free parking. If you want to take advantage of our room block, be sure to book by August 26th, 2026.

Shuttle Between Hotel and Venue

September 26, 2026 4:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the venue. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle so we can reserve the appropriate number of buses. The shuttle will depart the hotel promptly at 4:15 PM CST, so please plan to be on the bus by 4:00 PM. Return shuttles to the hotel will run throughout the evening at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, and 11:45pm/end of wedding.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport

Milwaukee's airport is located 30 minutes from our hotel. If you fly into Milwaukee Airport and stay at our preferred hotel, you should be able to get by without a rental car and only some occasional ride shares.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport

If you prefer to fly into a bigger airport and get a rental car, O'Hare is located about 90 minutes from our preferred hotel in Milwaukee.
