Question

COVID-related information

Answer

TO ENTER FRANCE FROM YOU WILL NEED: - A vaccination certificate showing full vaccination; - OR a certificate of medical reasons for not being vaccinated, issued in France; - OR a certificate of recovery from COVID-19: a positive test conducted in France between 11 days and 6 months prior. Unvaccinated travellers are still required to present a negative test result to enter France, but the measures upon arrival (test, isolation) have been lifted when they arrive from a “green” country. The US is currently a green "low-risk" country. FLYING BACK TO THE US: As of a few days ago, you no longer need a negative COVID test to fly back to the US!!

Question

Do you have a hotel blocked off for the guests?

Yes, we've blocked off discounted rooms 10 minutes from the wedding venue. We recommend that everyone stay there on Friday & Saturday night for easy transport on Friday night and ample time to get ready on Saturday morning before the wedding.

Question

What kind of food and drinks will be served at the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will start after lunch on Saturday but there will be some sweet snacks & refreshments served before the ceremony. The cocktail & dinner will be local French cuisine. The cocktail will include a variety of seafood, meat, and vegetarian options, so there should be something for everyone! For dinner, our main plate is duck. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions or would like an alternative option for dinner. This can absolutely be arranged. The bar is an open one :)
