Welcome Crepes Party!
7:00 pm
A moment all together in the gardens to kick off the celebrations. Getting to Friday's dinner: Most of you will be checked into Hotel B&B on Friday afternoon and the venue is a 10-minute Uber / cab ride from the hotel. From 18h45 (6:45 pm) onwards, there will be 2 x 6-person taxi vans lined up at the hotel ready to bringing small groups to the dinner. From 21h45 (or 9:45 pm) onwards, the taxis will be at the venue ready to drive people back t the hotel (or wherever they need to go). Taxis are payable by card or cash.

Baraat & Hindu Ceremony

Dress code: come as you are, we'll be in Indian :)
Indian weddings kick-off with a competitive dance party between the bride & groom's sides. During the Baraat (or celebratory procession), the groom's family and friends accompany him to his wedding with song & dance where the bride's side will welcome him into the family. This is often the highlight of Indian weddings! The Baraat will lead into our Hindu Wedding ceremony (approximately 1 hour). Buses leave at 2 pm from the hotel. Please be on time!!
Cocktail & Dinner
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Small bites & various food stations, and of course.. champagne! Followed by a seated dinner. It's a lot of food, so you'll need to devise your strategy :)

Party all night :) But for the responsible ones, there will be a bus leaving once each hour back to the hotel from midnight onwards.
