Yes. We recommend staying at the Best Western or Hampton Inn & Suites in Hood River. The bus to and from the venue will be leaving from these hotels. There is not a room block for our wedding at either hotel. Both the Best Western and Hampton Inn require a two-night minimum booking. If you attempt to book online, you will receive a notice that there is no availability for that weekend, however if you call they have rooms available. The bride and groom will be staying at the Best Western.
The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. There will be a bus to transport guests to the venue beginning at 2:30 PM. The bus will run every half hour. There will be lawn games and refreshments available before the ceremony begins.

However, all guests should be prepared to either show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test if, at the time of the wedding, it is required by either the venue or by the federal, state, or local government. Please be aware that many Oregon and Washington businesses require customers to show proof of vaccination in order to enter their business or dine indoors. This includes some of the wineries and breweries that may be included in the pre-wedding events on Thursday.
