Matron of Honor
Womb-Mates. (Twin Sister of the Bride) If you had to choose one meal to eat for the rest of your life what would it be? Oh this is tough. I'm between two... a big ole steak burrito with refried beans and rice with chips and guac to go along with it or Tagliolini Pesto Cherry Tomatoes and Burrata, this pasta dish I had while in Florence, Italy at a restaurant called Il Gatto e La Volpe. It was a thicker spaghetti noodle with a fresh tomato sauce and burrata, mmm it was so good. But since we're talking meal and not dish, add on the brick oven pizza as an appetizer and tiramisu as a dessert... yeah that's the winner. Brick oven pizza, Il Gatto e La Volpe Pasta and tiramisu.

Sister of the Bride If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be? It would be nice to have the mountains and beach. Bora Bora would probably be a good choice. On second thought, I'd go back to my happy place in Tanzania!

Brother of the Bride What is your favorite place in Wisconsin and why? Elkhart Lake is my favorite place in Wisconsin where you can hear the roar of the race track throughout the community. This small town is where I developed a love for road racing - from building and fixing the cars in the pits to chatting with other spectators. Elkhart Lake is where I escape to visit my "weekend family" and catch up with members of the community whom I've gotten to know and built relationships with over the 25+ years I have been going there. I love the awesome feeling of camaraderie with the people that share my interest in the community!

Sister of the Groom If you could have lunch with any literary character, who would it be and why? This is really hard, I think it would be someone like.... Technically, Louie Zamperini isn't a character: he was a real person, and the incredible story of his life was outlined in Laura Hillenbrand's "Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption," a book that my grandpa encouraged me to read. I'd be honored to hear that story - and the lessons Louie learned along the way - first-hand over lunch.

Brother-In-Law of the Bride What is a talent you have that is completely useless? "I can wave my pinky toes and wiggle one ear. And sometimes when I itch my eyebrow I sneeze."

Sister-in-law of the Bride The year is 1997, what are you doing? The year was 1997 and I was a wild, driven, independent and vibrant 16 year old attending Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, Wisconsin. I was trying out for the high school volleyball team. I was driving to and from school while earning my gas money working at a movie theater that my mom built and I managed at night. It was fun and for sure a memorable time that my mom and I have together! I was enjoying the simple things in life like hanging out with my friends, shopping, seeing movies, watching the local high school football games. 23 years have passed and it feels just like yesterday!
