FAQs

We are so excited to celebrate with you!
Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on January 4th, 2025, located at 3300 Neale St, Richmond, VA 23223. The ceremony will begin at 1 PM, followed by a reception.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding will start at 1 PM. We ask that you arrive by 12:45 PM, however, you are welcome to enter the church as early as 12 PM. Please arrive on time so that you will have ample time to find a seat. To prevent interruptions, anyone who arrives after the start of the ceremony will unfortunately not be let in.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome to join us for the celebration! While we prefer that little ones enjoy the ceremony without electronic devices, we understand they might be needed for entertainment. If so, we kindly ask that any devices be used with headphones or kept on silent to avoid any disruptions. For families with young children who may need a break, a nursery will also be available for restless children. Thank you for helping us keep the ceremony peaceful for everyone!

Question

Is everyone invited to both the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is open to all, and we would love for anyone who wishes to join us to attend. However, our reception is a more intimate gathering with close family and friends. If you’ve received a personalized invitation for the reception, we look forward to celebrating with you after the ceremony! As much as we wish we could celebrate with everyone, we’re unfortunately limited in space and appreciate your understanding.

Question

Do I need to RSVP to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

No, there is no need to RSVP to the wedding ceremony.

Question

Do I need to RSVP for the reception?

Answer

Yes! If you have received a reception invitation, please RSVP through the RSVP tab on our website by December 30th. We kindly ask that you respond at your earliest convenience, whether you're able to join us or not, so we can plan accordingly. Please note that unless otherwise specified on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Question

Can I take photos or record during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. We have hired a professional photographer who will capture everything beautifully. Please silence and put away all devices at the start of the ceremony.

Question

Will I be able to park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there's is plenty of parking available at the church and reception location.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for all of our friends and family to be dressed to impress! Please avoid wearing white, and we kindly ask that jeans not be worn for this occasion. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful atmosphere!

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! As we’re preparing to start our new life together in a new country, we’ve decided not to create a traditional wedding registry. However, for those who wish to offer a gift, we would be incredibly grateful for contributions to our cash fund. You can kindly send any contributions via PayPal or Venmo, and the details are available on our wedding website.
