Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1, 2021. Please see the online RSVP page (menu bar above) to submit your RSVP for all wedding events.

What about COVID-19?

Answer

We ask that you please adhere to the current restrictions and guidelines prior to and while onsite at Lord Thompson Manor (LTM). We will be monitoring the situation and will advise here of any changes. TESTING & VACCINES - LTM requires all guests that are not vaccinated to get tested and obtain a negative result within 72 hours. If you have symptoms or test positive please stay home for the safety of everyone. VENUE SAFETY - Even before the pandemic, LTM had IQ Air - Hepa Air Filtration systems in all dining rooms that turn over the air 5-6 times an hour. Since the start of 2021, LTM has added even more. LTM is proud to announce no one has become ill with COVID-19 from any weddings they have hosted! MASKS - It is mandatory for all guests to wear a mask when entering the front doors of the venue throughout the weekend. Once inside, while it’s not a requirement, we completely understand and respect any guests who may wish to wear a mask.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you wish to drive, complimentary valet parking is provided for all guests.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! On Saturday, we have scheduled shuttles to pickup guests at the hotels listed below. Shuttles will be on standby at The Manor for when guests would like to be brought back to their hotels. Shuttles home will start at 9:30PM and the last shuttle home from the Manor will be 2AM. If you wish to drive to the venue, valet parking will be available. The shuttle can fit 15 people at a time. Please be prepared to depart the main lobby a few min before the scheduled departure times below so that the shuttle can run efficiently to bring more guests. The ceremony will be starting at 5:00pm sharp. The shuttle will begin service at 4pm and will do a loop to Comfort Inn, Watson B&B and Cottage House. Comfort Inn & Suites Pickup Times: start at 4pm. The last one is approx 4:30pm Cottage House Pickup Time: start at 4pm. The last one is approx 4:30pm Watson Boutique Bed & Breakfast Pickup Time: start at 4pm. The last one is approx 4:30pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Break out your tuxes and gowns! Formal/Black tie attire is preferred for the wedding, but we want you to feel comfortable. So, if a tux or gown is not in the cards for you, please choose your fanciest cocktail attire. Check out the Schedule page on our website for attire suggestions for other wedding events.

What if I have a dietary restriction and/or food allergy?

Answer

Please communicate your allergies and dietary restrictions with your RSVP for each event. If you have a special concern, please contact Tricia or Bill as soon as possible.

What is the hashtag for?

Answer

We created #BegunAndDunnInLondon to be able to centralize and track all pictures and video that guests take and share on social media. If you are on Facebook and/or Instagram please use this hashtag to tag us. Thanks in advance!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible, and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

Are the ceremony & reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, everything is at the Lord Thompson Manor. Please refer to our Schedule page.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel page for details. We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible.
