Answer
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 5:00 PM so you can settle before the proceedings. The doors will open at 4:30 PM.

Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by October 5, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

You will be missed! If you can't make it, please make sure to RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors. Please do so at your earliest convenience or by the latest October 5, 2025 when RSVPs are due.

Yes! There is plenty of available public parking within walking distance to the entrance of Hotel Emma. Valet services are also available. Overnight Valet $45.00, plus tax, to be added nightly for overnight guests Day Valet $25.00 for visitors who are not staying overnight Premium Self Parking Parking lots located at Pearl. Fees may apply.

Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a fun night out!

We’d love for our guests to dress to impress and celebrate in style with us! Our evening will be formal, with a black-tie optional dress code. Feel free to wear any color you like—just kindly skip the blue jeans and hats.

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night. This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book.

We have hired an amazing photographer named Kayleigh, and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!
