Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask that our guests wear cocktail attire. However, please consider the weather forecast when planning attire as our ceremony will be held outside!

What is the weather like in Gatlinburg?

Answer

In late May, the average high in Gatlinburg is between 75-79 degrees. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outside with an indoor/outdoor reception to follow. Should rain or other inclement weather occur, we will move the ceremony inside the venue.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30. We kindly ask that you arrive 30-45 minutes early to park, take the shuttle up the hill, and find your seat. **The shuttle service will stop running at 4:15 p.m. to allow for the ceremony to take place. The shuttle will then be available for the remainder of the night to take guests back down the hill to the parking lot as they please**

Is there parking?

Answer

There is a designated parking area at the bottom of the hill at the venue, and a shuttle service will be provided to take guests up and down the hill from the parking lot. If possible, we kindly ask guests to ride together with their party, carpool with other guests, or arrange taxi/rideshare to avoid overflow due to limited space.

Taxi/Rideshare?

Uber and Lyft are both available in Gatlinburg. Additional transportation can be reserved through various taxi services; Jerry at Elite Taxi Services (865) 296-9180 comes highly recommended from our venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guests' name (or the option to add a name for a plus one) will be listed on your formal invitation and will appear with your name when you RSVP online. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with friends and family.

Should I bring my kids?

Answer

If our venue is able to accommodate your whole family, your children's names will appear with your name when you go to RSVP online. Additionally, your invitation will be addressed to "the family of..." to indicate this. We appreciate your understanding in trying to keep our guest count below capacity.
