Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

We'd love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire.
The ceremony will take place beneath the Broken Oak Tree, located on the right side of the estate. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and the walk to the ceremony site, so you can be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. If you need assistance getting to the location, transport support will be available.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails during this time period.
Dinner Party
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
We’ll be serving wood-fired pizza and fresh salad — our favorite way to share a meal (and a little slice of happiness). Pizza has always been our love language, so it felt only right to celebrate with what brings us the most joy: good food, simple moments, and sharing it all with the people we love most.
Reception
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
A few helpful notes for the entirety of the event: This will be an adults-only celebration — we kindly ask that little ones stay home so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening. The entire event will be held outdoors, and it can get a bit chilly after sunset. We recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay cozy once the sun goes down. The venue is about 20 minutes outside of Tampa, and rideshare services like Uber or Lyft can be unreliable in this area. If you're traveling from out of town, we highly recommend renting a car or arranging to drive for ease and peace of mind. We can’t wait to celebrate under the oak tree and stars with you!
