Our Ceremony

Cozy up by the fire in your favorite winter sweater or semi-casual dress!
Parking for non-lodging guests is located in the main Meadows parking lot. Guests may enter through the main lodge entrance and follow direction to the ceremony space, which is located in The Vertical Room. Shuttle information and schedule for guests staying at Cooper Spur will be provided. The first two seating rows are reserved for immediate family; but please, pick a seat, not a side. Our wish is to share this special moment with you. We kindly ask that your phone is turned OFF and kept in your pocket or purse for the duration of the ceremony.

Grab a cocktail, wrap up in a blanket, and stay warm in your favorite winter sweater or semi-casual dress!
After the “I Do’s,” cocktails will be served in the reception room adjacent to the ceremony space. Mingle with a Moscow Mule in hand. Dinner will be served at approximately 4:30pm, please find your seat and enjoy. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact us so we may accommodate your needs.

This event will be hosted for our guests that will be joining us in the lodging at Cooper Spur. Snacks will be provided, but please note that the after party is a non-hosted bar. Be prepared for the couple’s favorite pop/punk rock playlist, including Greenday, AFI, The Used, and Good Charlotte.
