Arrival Airport- Denver International Airport (DIA)

We would recommend you fly into the Denver Airport and sort out travel from there (recommendations below). It’s a beautiful 1.5-2hr scenic drive down through Boulder into the mountains to Estes Park. Fun fact about the airport: Denver Airport is known for conspiracy theories, including secret societies, demonic art, and underground tunnels, adding to its mysterious history.

The best way for guests to reach the Stanley Hotel from Denver International Airport is via the Estes Park Shuttle, which offers direct service to the hotel. The cost is around $75 per person, and the trip takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Alternatively, private shuttles or car rentals are available for a more personalized or flexible experience.

From the Airport - Estes Park Shuttle

Estes Park Shuttle offers daily scheduled services between DIA and the Estes Valley area, including door-to-door pickup and drop-off in Estes Park. As the only licensed and commissioned shuttle company for this route, they provide reliable transportation for visitors and residents.  • Rates: One-way fare is $75 per person; round-trip is $135 per person. Children aged 2 and under ride free.  • Reservations: Bookings can be made through their website or by calling (970) 586-5151.

The Trolly lines in Estes Park are super convenient and stop right at The Stanley Hotel multiple times an hour!

We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with you at the historic Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado! Our ceremony will take place on the Longs Peak Lawn, with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains, followed by a reception in the Lodge Library, a warm and elegant space that feels like a step back in time. For your convenience, guests have the option to stay at the hotel and enjoy its charm and breathtaking surroundings. We have pre-blocked off 8 rooms in the lodge for immediate family and the wedding party. For everyone else celebrating with us, please book rooms as soon as you're able through the Stanley Website (click View below)! We can’t wait to share this special day with all of you! Check-in time is 4pm. The front desk can hold items if you arrive early. Check-out time is 11am.

Established in 1914, this lodge rests on the north side of Prospect Mountain, offering panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and proximity to downtown Estes Park. It’s located approximately 1.4mi from the wedding venue and near the town of Estes Park.

The 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River is an adults-only hotel located at 1130 West Elkhorn Avenue in Estes Park, Colorado.  Situated along the picturesque Fall River, it offers a serene retreat approximately 1 mile from downtown Estes Park and about 2.5 miles from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  The inn features well-appointed executive rooms and studio suites, some equipped with private hot tubs and fireplaces.  Guests can enjoy amenities such as a sun terrace with a hot tub overlooking the river, free Wi-Fi, and proximity to local attractions.  The property is known for its tranquil environment, frequent wildlife sightings, and convenient access to both the town and the national park.
