There will be a bus picking up guests and leaving for the venue PROMPTLY at 5:45p. If you are taking the bus, please stand and wait at the entrance to the parking lot of the Hotel Arya (on Grand Ave at the back of the hotel). Note: the bus cannot block the road or linger waiting for guests. It will arrive and leave immediately once the guests are on the bus. If you miss the bus, please uber to Vizcaya. If you are taking the bus back to the Arya Hotel, it is leaving at 1:00a from Vizcaya.
The Coconut Grove Arts Festival will be closing off some of the local roads around Coconut Grove. Since it is a Holiday weekend, anticipate that Ubers will take longer to order. Allow for extra time (10-15 minutes) if you are driving or taking a ride-share anywhere.
The wedding is black-tie optional but encouraged. There is also a lot of walking (and uneven coral rock surfaces), so make sure your shoes and heels are comfortable for walking.
The parking lot at Vizcaya requires a five minute walk to the front entrance. Please allow an extra ten minutes to park and enter the grounds.
