FAQs

The Wedding Website of Trevor Stoffel and Julie Hayes
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone can be comfortably seated before the bride makes her grand entrance. We don't want you to miss a single bit of our happy ever after!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

For the ceremony, you will find ample parking directly across from and adjacent to the church. For the reception, you will find a large parking lot. Please leave the closer parking spaces for our elderly guests.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to have an "unplugged" wedding ceremony. We wish for you to be fully in the moment with us while we promise our lives to one another, and when we look around to see those we love we want to see your wonderful faces smiling back at us. For the reception, we want you to hashtag it up! Take as many pictures as you would like, and make sure you use #itsstoffeltime so we can also enjoy your pictures later!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your loved ones mean as much to us as you do, so we have personally invited those people who make your heart happy too. As such, we politely request that dates are restricted only to those personally invited guests. We promise even if you are coming solo that you will feel loved by those around you.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place indoors. We do want to warn you that both venues are in very large, climate controlled builds, so if you are inclined to always feel a chill you may want to bring something to cover up with.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our aim is to create an elegant evening for everyone to enjoy so we encourage you to dress accordingly. We cannot wait to see you in what makes you feel your absolute best!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To ensure that we are able to provide accurate counts to all our vendors, please RSVP no later than April 15, 2018.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love children, in order to allow our guests, including those extra-hard working parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion with the exception of our close family and wedding party members. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
