When should I RSVP by?

To help us finalize our plans, please RSVP by July 31st.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to join us in cocktail attire. Example attire includes dress shirts/pants, suit & tie, dresses and jumpsuits. Please no jeans!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, we can only accommodate kids in the wedding party due to venue restrictions. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring own alcohol?

Answer

Our venue has a strict no-outside alcohol policy. This includes anything you may have brought with you in the car. If they see you drinking anything that was not served by our bartenders, you will be asked to leave. We will have wine, beer and a signature cocktail, so feel free to leave the roadies at home!

Can I bring a date?

Due to venue restrictions, we will only be able to accommodate those listed in your invitation.

What is the parking situation? Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a full parking lot at the venue. More details to come! **Please note: If you decide to take an Uber/Lyft to the venue, it is unlikely you will be able to get a return ride. The joys of wine country!

Is your venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our venue is a bit of both! The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn, while the reception is indoors. The ceremony site is about a 5 minute walk away, but there is tractor (think hayride!) to drive any guests who don't feel like walking.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Out ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of time to ensure you find your seats.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want all of our guests to enjoy their meals! Our caterer is able to accomodate most allergies (gluten, dairy, and more). Please let us know if you have an allergy, and we will notify our caterer.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The short answer is TBD. August in Oregon is typically warm, but rain is always possible. We recommend you check the weather the week, day, hour before the event.
