The Wedding Website of Trevor John Lloyd and Lea Carla Pesquira
THE ISLAND The sun sets early here, so the island life really kicks off with the sunrise around half past 5. To make the most of your day, we recommend being up by 8-9am to fully experience everything. A quick nap around 2pm for an hour or two will recharge you (coming from us who loves naps), then you're ready to dive into the nightlife. Every night, there's a different bar serving as the local nightclub. Siargao is rapidly becoming a culinary hotspot. Whether you're a foodie seeking local Filipino flavours or an international cuisine enthusiast, the island offers a diverse range of dining experiences. Since the Philippines was once colonised by the Spaniards, San Miguel dominates the beer scene. For something stronger, try Red Horse, a local favourite with a crazy 6.9% ABV. More moderate options are also available. A beer costs around P150 (£2).
SURFING

Siargao Island, Philippines

We have an island family in Siargao who has a surfing school called Agudo surf, which we would recommend if you fancy some surfing. A lesson would cost P1,500 (£21-£22) per session for two hours which also includes your longboard rental (or a shortboard, if you're a pro!) plus a boat ride fee of P150 (£2-£3) per head to the surfing spot, if needed, depending on the tides. Let us know if you want yourselves booked in!

We're working on organizing a 24 person capacity pump boat for the islands tour, available n a first-come, first-serve basis, costing around P1,800 (£25) per person (including food). There are also smaller boats offering island tours, and you can arrange food at Daku island for P1,400 (£20) per person. If we don't have 24 people, we'll go with the smaller boat option.

We've done quite a few tours ourselves. If there are a few of you, it's easy to hire a van and a driver to take you there. For more details, check out the available attractions on the linked website.
