Formal Attire: Long dresses for women and suits with a tie for men — we can’t wait to celebrate with you dressed up!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking, grabbing a glass of champagne in the courtyard, and finding your seats!
While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Call the babysitter and enjoy a free weekend without kids!

Parking is available at the venue, and you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight to be picked up the following morning. While a return shuttle will provide transportation back to the casino, The Sessions Hotel, and The Bristol Hotel, please note that seating is limited and may not accommodate all guests. Rideshare services are available in the area, but since they can be difficult to secure when requested all at once, we highly recommend scheduling your ride in advance to ensure a smooth trip back!
We recommend staying in Bristol if you are looking for a great home base for the weekend! It is the closest city to our venue and offers plenty of dining, shopping, and activities to enjoy during your stay. While Kingsport and Johnson City are also good options nearby, please keep in mind that they are a further drive from the venue. Additionally, our return shuttle will not be traveling to those cities, so please plan your transportation accordingly if you choose to stay outside of the Bristol area.
