Please plan to arrive on Sunday, October 11th, before 12–1 PM (Italy time). Due to the lack of direct flights, it is not feasible to arrive on Monday, October 12th. Guests traveling from the United Kingdom and mainland Europe: Please arrive on Monday morning, October 12th, before 12 PM. You’ll need to be at the venue for check-in and room assignments before 2 PM. The celebrations conclude on Wednesday October 14th at 3:00 PM. Please note that the return trip from the venue to the Florence train station takes approximately 40-60 minutes.For a smooth departure, we recommend booking a flight home for 8:00 PM or later on Wednesday. If you wish to join our optional tour of Florence's city center on Wednesday, October 14th, around 5:00 PM, please plan for a later flight, departing around 10:00 PM as the tour is about 2 hours .

The wedding celebration will take place October 12th–14th. The venue/hotel is fully reserved for our group during these dates. Since you’ve already submitted your deposit, your accommodation for these nights is secured no additional hotel booking is needed. We’ll all be together for the full three-day celebration!

Once you’ve purchased your plane ticket, please send us your confirmation so we can track arrival times and coordinate train transportation with our wedding planners. The venue is approximately 40 -60 minutes from Florence city center, and guests will take a train to reach it. We’ll share detailed instructions as soon as possible.
