What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can start arriving at 2:30. Wedding will start at 3:00.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely — we love your kids and would be so happy to have them celebrate with us.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’re planning for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. Afterward, the reception and dance will be held inside the barn. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the ceremony indoors as well.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress Code: Dressy Casual Dress nicely if you can, but jeans with a nice shirt are absolutely welcome. Your presence matters more than your outfit.

Is there parking on site for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site. If you need to leave a vehicle overnight it must be picked up by 9:00 AM on Sunday, May 31st.

Is there transportation from the venue to the hotel?

Answer

We don’t have transportation booked, but we’re happy to help coordinate rides if you need one. Just let us know, and we’ll make sure you get to and from the venue comfortably.

Yes, but please include in your RSVP or reach out to let us know.

Can we take photos and share on social media?

Answer

We’ll be having an unplugged ceremony and ask that phones stay tucked away during the vows so everyone can be fully present. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos and videos throughout the celebration. If you post on social media, we’d love for you to tag us so we can enjoy your photos too.

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar with beer, wine, and mixed drinks until our prepaid limit is reached. After that, the bar will switch to a cash bar. Gratuity is already covered, so please don’t feel obligated to tip.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors, but if it rains, we have the option to move the ceremony into the barn.

Is there handicap parking and accommodations?

Answer

Yes! There is handicap parking available, and we’ll have a golf cart to help anyone who needs assistance getting to the ceremony.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

During the social hour, we’ll have a meat and cheese platter along with pickle rollups. Dinner will be served buffet‑style and includes Garlic Herb Roasted Chicken, Sirloin Steak, Caesar Salad, White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and Dinner Rolls. For dessert, we’ll have Dessert Shooters from Dorothy Ann (including a gluten‑free option) and cookies from KT’s Cupcakery.
