Where do we park?

Answer

Due to limited parking spots on site at the venue, these spots will be reserved for family and vendors working the wedding. All guests will be required to use alternate methods of transportation. See the "Travel" page for information on Crested Butte's free ride system that we recommend using to get to our wedding.

What should I wear?

Answer

Guest attire will follow a Summer cocktail/semi-formal dress code. You may consider bringing a light jacket as you will be outdoors at a high elevation and in the evening the temperature may be cooler. Also, note that certain areas of the venue have grass, gravel and some uneven ground so keep that in mind for your shoe choice.

Are children invited?

While we love all your kiddos, our hope is that our wedding can be an opportunity for you to have a weekend getaway. We kindly request that no children accompany you.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP and confirm your attendance or regrets by July 18th, 2025.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be fully outdoors while the reception will be open air, but covered by a pavilion.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, we kindly request that only those formally invited attend.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be a vegetarian and gluten free option within the dinner menu. If your dietary restrictions are not covered in that, feel free to reach out to Megan with any questions you may have.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive promptly to the venue by 4:30pm. Please consider leaving extra margin in your transportation since there is no parking for guests on site and you will be required to use the transportation methods we describe on the "travel" page.
