Denver International Airport

For those flying in, DIA is the largest and most convenient destination. We would recommend reserving a rental car as the venue is up in the foothills and hotels will be far from the airport. Denver is about 30 minutes from the airport. Ubers and Lyfts are also easy to get from the airport.

Free transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Pick up and drop off will be at Denver Marriott West, where it will be easier to drive/ uber home from after the reception.

We will have a room block for 15+ rooms here! Last day to book room block is August 19th, 2026. Plenty of accommodations. This hotel is about 20 minutes from the venue and will be the pick up and drop off location for the complimentary shuttle to and from the venue.

The Eddy Taproom & Hotel

This is a really lovely hotel that is about 20 minutes from the venue. It is located right in the heart of Golden, where there are lots of great restaurants, bars and nice Mountain views!

House Or Rental

Airbnb- Home Rentals

There are LOTS of rental options near/ around the venue! If you have a rental car, you are able to book a house wherever you would like but I would recommend anywhere within 30 minutes of driving to the venue. Morrison, Golden, Denver, Littleton and Lakewood are all good areas to look at.
