Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wadsworth, an IHG Hotel

A room block has been reserved at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wadsworth for our guests. The deadline to reserve a room within the room block is 8/13/2024. If there are no rooms available prior to the deadline, please notify the bride or groom so we can reach out to the hotel and reserve more rooms. If you are planning to stay at the hotel only the night of 9/14/2024, please note that check-in isn't until 4:00 PM. Reach out to the hotel that morning to see if early check-in is available for your room. If it is not, they will allow you to store your bags during the wedding in order to catch the shuttle.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Main Hotel to the Ceremony and back

September 14, 2024 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm

The shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:40 PM and 4:05 PM to the venue. The shuttle will depart from the venue at 10:00 PM, 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM, and 11:30 PM to the hotel. Please note that the shuttle leaves before the earliest check-in for the hotel. If you plan to stay at the hotel only the night of the 14th, you can check your bags with the front desk in order to catch the shuttle to the venue. The shuttle isn't super big and is the reason we decided to have more shuttle runs at the end of the night than the beginning. If you decide to drive yourself to the venue, know that you are more than welcome and encouraged to catch the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night. You can leave your vehicle over night at the venue and we can assist with getting people back to their cars in the morning.
