When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or dressy separates.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. on September 14th, 2024. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. to find a seat and say hi to those around you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We LOVE your kids - but unfortunately due to capacity issues at the venue we must ask that they stay at home unless otherwise noted on the invitation. We want our wedding to be your night off!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a small shuttle available for our hotel guests departing promptly at 3:40 PM and 4:05 PM from the Holiday Inn Express Wadsworth to the venue. The shuttle will then depart from the venue to the hotel at 10:00 PM, 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM. Please note that the shuttle leaves before the earliest check-in for the hotel. If you plan to stay at the hotel only the night of the 14th, you can check your bags with the front desk in order to catch the shuttle to the venue. The shuttle isn't super big and is the reason we decided to have more shuttle runs at the end of the night than the beginning. If you decide to drive yourself to the venue, know that you are more than welcome and encouraged to catch the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night. You can leave your vehicle over night at the venue and we can assist with getting people back to their cars in the morning.
