Hampton Inn Wheeling

We've reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn. The best way to reserve a room in the room block is to call the hotel directly and mention the "Travis-Hartline" wedding. The group rate is $179 + tax per night and must be booked by September 8th, 2025. If you stay at the Hampton, there is a hotel-provided shuttle that will take you to the wedding venue and back to the hotel (or to any other destination in the Wheeling area!). This hotel is a 6 minute drive from the venue. Please contact Chelsea if the front desk says the room block is full so we can add more rooms to the block! There are also several other hotels near our venue including the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino and SpringHill Suites. The Triadelphia/Highlands area also has several hotels.

Venue Parking Information

While there may be some street parking available at the venue, we highly encourage you to park in the Wesbanco Arena parking garage, which is next to both the ceremony and reception venue. On most weekends, the parking garage offers free public parking. On select weekends when there are several events happening in the Wheeling area, the parking garage may charge a $5 fee. We will cover the fee for anyone that parks in the parking garage if the wedding falls on one of these weekends! More information will become available closer to our wedding date!
