The ceremony will be held outside on the Wesbanco Terrace, which is attached to the Wesbanco arena, overlooking the Ohio River. The address is 2 14th Street, Wheeling, West Virginia. In the event of poor weather, we will move the ceremony to our reception location.
The reception will be on the 3rd floor of Waterfront Hall, just a two-minute walk from the Wesbanco Terrace. The address is 1230 Water Street, Wheeling, West Virginia.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45pm to find a seat and get settled in. Anyone arriving after the ceremony start time may not be permitted entry to minimize disruptions.
Please see the date on the RSVP card provided in your invitation suite. For those that can, we ask that you use our website to RSVP. We provided return envelopes for all guests that may have trouble navigating the RSVP section of our website to return their physical RSVP cards. If you received a physical RSVP card and returned it, you do not need to fill out anything on our website, we will take care of that part for you!
We aren't typically dressy people, and we know our families aren't either. Our dress code will be cocktail attire/semi-formal. For men, this would mean a suit, slacks, or khakis with a dress shirt. Tie optional. For women, this could be dress separates or cocktail style dresses. We just ask for no all-white dresses and no jeans.

There is a small elevator that fits 4-5 guests at a time that our guests with mobility issues are more than welcome to use. There is a ramp going up the side of the building into the area right in front of the elevator, which will be marked. We ask that all guests be patient as they make their way to the reception venue after the wedding. If you have any specific concerns about accessing the venue space, please reach out to a wedding party member or our day-of coordinator Ashley or her team.
Because of venue limitations, our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to celebrate with you and those listed on your invitation. Your invitation will show a plus one if you were given one.
Due to venue space limitations and the serving of alcohol at the event, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children unless they are noted on your invitation. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the bridal party prior to the RSVP deadline.
Yes! There will be an open bar with several types of domestic and craft beers, wines, and liquor for mixed drinks. Our bar will close briefly from 6pm to 7pm to allow for our first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, and speeches. The food will be buffet style and cake and a Pittsburgh Cookie table will be provided for dessert. If you have a food allergy, please list that on your RSVP.
We are thrilled that you're coming to celebrate with us ---- having everyone we love in the same room together is the best gift of all! If you'd like to see our registry, please visit our Registry tab. It does take a few days to update the Zola registry if changes are made to the Amazon or Target registries that are attached. Some of the gifts that are marked as "group gifts" on Amazon may not always transfer over to the Zola registry. Please reach out to Paisley Travis if you experience any issues with the registry.
The reception will end around 9:30 to 9:45pm. We welcome all of our guests to support the amazing businesses on the first floor of Waterfront Hall if you aren't quite ready to go home after the event. There are two restaurants and a beautiful historic bar on the first floor of the venue. We just ask that you be respectful of any other patrons that are not with our party.
