Please plan to arrive at the ranch no later than 3:45PM to give yourself time to park and find your seat before the ceremony starts.
Yes, there is parking available at each event location throughout the weekend, including at the ranch where the wedding ceremony and reception will be held. While we will not be providing shuttle service to/from the wedding venue, we will have a few designated drivers to assist people in getting back to their hotels. Cars may be left at the venue overnight.
The ceremony will start around 4:00PM and will be immediately followed by a Cocktail Hour and Reception. For additional details including timing and locations of other events throughout the weekend, please see the Schedule tab of this wedding website.
Elevated Cocktail: Our wedding will be a celebration of Wyoming views, good company, and a chance to get a little dressed up. We invite guests to wear elevated cocktail attire or dressy western-inspired attire that feels festive and appropriate for a wedding celebration. Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dressy separates, sport coats, slacks, dress shirts, cowboy boots, and hats are all welcome. While the atmosphere will be relaxed and joyful, we do encourage guests to leave the everyday casual wear at home. Please note that both the ceremony and portions of the celebration will take place outdoors on grass and natural terrain. We recommend choosing footwear that can comfortably navigate uneven ground.
If your invitation included a plus one, either your guest's name will be listed on the invitation or your invitation will indicate "and Guest." Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we kindly ask that only those guests specifically included on the invitation attend. If you're unsure whether a plus one was included, please feel free to reach out and ask!
Dinner will be served buffet-style and will feature a hearty meal including smoked pork, cheesy herb potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, and a vegetarian entrée option. The reception will also include beer, wine, and other beverages for guests to enjoy. Non-alcoholic options, including tea, lemonade, and water, will be available throughout the evening. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please RSVP by July 15th to ensure your preferred meal choice is accommodated. While last minute guests may be accommodated, they may be responsible for bringing a chair and a sandwhich ;)
