Getting into town early? Come kick off the wedding weekend with us at our Welcome Karaoke Night! Join us for an evening of music, laughter, and questionable song choices as we gather with friends and family before the big day. As a special bonus, this is the same bar where Kathryn's parents celebrated their wedding reception years ago, making it a fun full-circle moment for our family. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the venue. Whether you're ready to grab the mic or simply cheer from the sidelines, we'd love to see you there. While we wish all could attend, Stockman's is a 21 and up venue. We look forward to seeing the littles at the lake on Friday!

The rehearsal is for Kathryn and Travis' immediate family, the wedding party, and their significant others. They will get additional details separately. We are excited to welcome everyone else to the Hagenstein Ranch Saturday. Once completed, the wedding party will join guests at Fremont Lake.
Lake Day at Fremont Lake

Join us for a laid-back afternoon at beautiful Fremont Lake before the wedding festivities begin! We'll be hanging out from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, enjoying the water, sunshine, and good company. We'll have burgers, brats, and a few side dishes available, and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages and any additional snacks they'd like. Feel free to stop by for a few minutes or stay for the entire afternoon. Whether you're looking to swim, relax by the shore, or simply catch up with friends and family, we'd love to see you there as we kick off the wedding weekend.

Elevated Cocktail
We're excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people, and we hope you'll join us in making the occasion feel special. Think polished, festive, and wedding-ready. Cocktail dresses, dressy separates, jumpsuits, sport coats, dress shirts, slacks, boots, and western-inspired formalwear are all welcome. While this isn't a black-tie event, we do encourage guests to dress up for the occasion. Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors on grass and uneven terrain. We recommend choosing footwear accordingly and saving the stilettos for another day. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and ready to celebrate.

Whether you're heading out shortly after or lingering in Wyoming a little longer, we'd love to see you there as we wrap up a wonderful weekend together.
