How do I book transportation to and from the Airport?

What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Thank you for asking! The Welcome Party is an all white, cocktail party on a yacht style boat. Tan, neutral, beige cocktail attire is acceptable! We recommend bringing a light shawl, sweater or jacket as temperatures may vary on the water. We also recommend wearing flat, soft sole shoes for guest safety on the boat. Yes! We recommend wearing flat, soft sole shoes. You can wear heals however it's not recommended for guest safety.

Will there be transporation provided to and from the Wedding events?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from The Cape to our wedding events and will drop guests off at The Cape after our events. Welcome Party Transportation: Leaving from The Cape at 3:45pm Wedding Transportation: Leaving from The Cape, departure time TBD

What time will transportation be leaving the wedding reception?

Answer

There will be shuttle transportation leaving the wedding reception at 11:30pm dropping guests off at The Cape. If you would like to leave the wedding early, Uber is easily accessible from the venue.

Where is the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

The Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be held at Acre Resort at their "Los Agaves" venue starting at 5pm. If opting out of our wedding transportation from The Cape, please ensure you make your way to the "Los Agaves" venue as there are two wedding venues at the resort.

Are Children allowed at any of the Wedding Events?

Thank you for asking! While we love kids, we've decided to make our wedding events an adults-only celebration to keep things a bit more intimate and focused on our guests. We truly hope you understand and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Children are however able to join our Brunch on Sunday from 10am - 12pm at The Cape Manta Restaurant.

Does The Cape offer a babysitting service?

Answer

Yes! You may contact the hotel concierge (email: thecapereservations@thompsonhotels.com) who will help arrange a babysitting service through the 3rd party: www.cabobabysitters.com. All babysitters are bilingual, CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring your child is in the care of a qualified professional. The Cape also offers a complimentary crib for your little one. The cribs available are most suitable for children under one year old, with dimensions approximately 100 cm (39") long, 67 cm (26") wide, and 71 cm (28") high.
