What COVID precautions have been taken?

Answer

Regardless of our personal beliefs, it is important we acknowledge that we are amid a pandemic and we must respect each other's boundaries. Please be mindful of physical distancing, cough/sneeze etiquette, and hand hygiene. Additional considerations have been made to ensure guest safety such as hand sanitation stations, food service attendants, sneezeguards, complimentary face masks, and forgoing the receiving line tradition.

I'm staying at Chula Vista Resort. Is there anything I should know?

Answer

To discourage congregation in the lobby, Chula Vista Resort has requested that only the individual whose name the reservation is under reports for check-in.

Are the ceremony and reception sites within walking distance?

Answer

No, especially in the July heat. There is a shuttle service available and parking at each site for vehicles.

Question

When can I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

So that there is no interference with ceremony sound prep, please do not arrive at the ceremony site before 3pm.

What if it rains?

Answer

If rain is in the forecast, the decision to move the ceremony to the reception space will be determined by 10 am on the morning of the event.
