Due to limited amount of cabins available, we have already allocated all cabins to family at this time. We will notify each person who is taking a cabin with the cost of the cabin, and what cabin they have been assigned. They can then contact the ranch at (250) 429 - 3760 to place their 100$ deposit. Remaining owed can be paid upon arrival to the ranch. Check in time is 3pm Friday, and check out time is 11am Sunday. Please check in at the main house.
Camping is 50$/night. You can pay upon check in. Camping has no power or hooks ups, and no designated spots, think field camping. Please be respectable if using a generator, as some people may be in tents. There will be outhouses, as well as a shower house with hot tub. Please RSVP if you will be camping so we have numbers for the venue, and they need one name and phone number per camper.
Absolutely not! Cabins/rooms have to be rented for two nights, but please let us know if you are unable to stay both nights. For campers, feel free to come for both nights, or just Saturday night if needed!
We will be having a BBQ potluck on friday night with hotdogs and burgers, and muffins/fruit/coffee on saturday/sunday morning. As well as a buffet style dinner at the reception saturday night. For all other meals please bring your own food.
There is no ATM on site, so please bring cash for the toonie bar.

Absolutely, we will try and have a few games/crafts etc for the kiddos. There is also a petting zoo area at the ranch.
