Travel Note
If you plan to spend extended time in Atlanta for site seeing activities, you will want to consider renting a car as the city is known to be very spread out. Otherwise, Uber/Lyft is a great option for the weekend as the wedding venue is only 15 miles from the airport.
Train
MARTA, Atlanta's train line, goes from the airport to Decatur. The wedding venue is located 2 minutes from the East Lake MARTA stop. Note: Very few locals take MARTA as it is not nearly as expansive as public transportation in cities such as NYC.
