Question

How much will lodging cost, and what’s included?

Answer

Final pricing will be available once formal invitations are sent—please check back here for updates. We currently estimate the cost to be between $400–$500 per guest. This rate will include your accommodations, all meals, and beverages for the entire weekend, so you can relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about additional expenses. The only cost not included will be travel to and from the venue.

Do I have to stay at the estate?

Answer

While staying onsite is not required, it is a central part of the experience we’ve envisioned for our wedding weekend. We’ve chosen Hawksdene Estate specifically so we can spend meaningful, unhurried time together, and most of the weekend’s activities and shared moments will take place right on the property. For that reason, we strongly encourage all guests to stay onsite if possible—it will allow you to fully enjoy everything we have planned and be part of the entire experience. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you are absolutely welcome to do so. However, you will need to arrange your own accommodations and cover the cost of any meals you choose to join at Hawksdene outside of the rehearsal/welcome dinner and the reception.

Is there a dress code for the weekend?

Answer

We encourage everyone to dress in what makes them comfortable for the entirety of the weekend. We do request that for the ceremony and reception everyone dress in cocktail attire. Please see our color palette for more information.

Can we bring our dog?

Answer

Yes! If you plan to bring your dog please let as know as we will have to take that into consideration when making your lodging assignment.
