Breakfast

8:30 am

Breakfast will be served in the main house from 8:30 am - 10:00 am.

Group Hike

9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Please join us for a group hike to start the first day! Be sure to bring clothing suitable for hiking, as well as hiking shoes or tennis shoes. For those not joining us on the hike, rest assured there will be games, books, and plenty to do on the estate.

Lunch

12:30 pm

Lunch will be buffet-style, prepared by the onsite chef and catering team. All food is locally sourced. Lunch will begin at 12:30 pm.

Afternoon activities

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Please enjoy quality time with our favorite people! There will be games and activities set up for anyone who would like to participate. For those who do not wish to participate, cocktails and snacks will also be served! Volleyball, cornhole, bocce ball, board games, and more.

"The Night Before" Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Please join us for "The Night Before" dinner. This will be held at the Open Air Pavillion. We encourage you to come dressed in what makes you most comfortable.

Smores

9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Can you think of anything better than s'mores around the fire on a cool mountain evening? Neither could we! S'mores will be available for anyone wishing to enjoy.

Wedding Day Brunch

10:00 am

Brunch will start at 10 am. There will be an early-riser breakfast in the main house before brunch for those who would like something small to eat before brunch is served. There will be a mimosa and Bloody Mary bar.

Ceremony

4:00 pm

Cocktail attire encouraged however we welcome you to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Please plan to take your seat at 4 PM behind the Art Gallery. We will help facilitate transportation for those who require assistance getting up the hill.

Cocktail hour and reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

After the ceremony there will be cocktails served at the Open Air Pavilion followed by a buffet and dancing.

After Party

10:00 pm

There will also be a late night snack option, for those still awake!
