Arrival Day
4:00 pm
Guests are encouraged to arrive at Hawksdene after 4 PM on Thursday to give us time to arrive and settle. Dinner will be provided and will be followed by a bonfire. This evening will be used as time for guests to arrive and settle in for the weekend. If you plan on arriving on Thursday please let us know so we can ensure we have an accurate head count for our venue.

The Day Before
8:30 am
Breakfast will be served in the main house from 8:30 am - 10:00 am. Following breakfast we plan to go on a hike as group. We invite all who are able to participate to join us! Lunch will be served from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm in the main house. Following lunch there are several activity options including lawn games, board games, reading, more hiking, etc. There is also an option to go offsite and explore the area further. Cocktail hour starts at 6 PM. Welcome dinner starts at 7 PM.

Wedding Day Brunch
10:00 am
Brunch will start at 10 am. There will be an early riser breakfast in the main house prior to brunch for those who would like something small to eat prior to brunch being served. There will be a mimosa and Bloody Mary bar.
Ceremony
4:00 pm
Cocktail attire encouraged however we welcome you to wear whatever makes you comfortable.
Please plan to take your seat at 4 PM behind the Art Gallery. We will help facilitate transportation for those who require assistance getting up the hill.
Cocktail hour and reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Following the ceremony there will be cocktails severed at the Art Gallery followed by a sit down dinner and reception.
After Party
11:00 pm
For those who would like to continue the party there will be the option to move from the Art Gallery to the Open Air Pavillion at the main house to keep the celebration going. There will also be a late night snack option, for those still awake!
