We recommend flying into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). The venue and hotel block are only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport.
Travel Note
We recommend using Uber as the service is inexpensive in the area. Airport Transportation from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR) Uber / Rideshare • Uber is available at PVR. • Pickup is not at the terminal curb. You must walk across the pedestrian bridge (~5 minutes) to the designated rideshare area. • Cost estimate: ~$12-$18 USD to most hotels. • Best if you have light luggage. Can be awkward with big bags. Taxi • Taxis are right outside the airport terminal (no walking required). • Cost estimate: ~$25-$35 USD to most hotels (cash or cards accepted). • Slightly more than Uber but easier with multiple/large bags. What to choose • Traveling light and want to save money → Uber • Lots of bags or want no walking → Taxi Both are safe and commonly used by visitors. Most guests find the pedestrian bridge walk easy if luggage is minimal.
