First and foremost, if you have concerns and are unable to make it, we get it and respect your decision and choice to stay home. Please know that this company, Magic Moments, is 100% professional in every aspect of everything they do, and are very conscious of every detail of every event they host. Our wedding will be outside, on a very spacious property. The ceremony is outside, the cocktail hour is outside, and dinner is outside. There will be no strict dinner time, and no assigned seating so feel free to grab a plate when hungry and a sit wherever you are comfortable. The staff is very safe and competent and is aware of the necessary steps needed to keep everyone safe. Cloverleaf Farm has fantastic reviews about their most recent events, feel free to check them out! Again, if you are uncomfortable and hesitant, we completely understand! These are weird times and we get it if you are unable to make it! Promise :)

Yes. Parking is available; you may leave your cars if it is safer to do so, but guests must depart by 10:30. All cars must be picked up the next morning.
YES! We will have two buses transporting guests to the wedding. When: 3:50-4:00pm Where: Meet in The Hyatt Lobby Please note: these buses will take guests to the wedding, and back to the hotel at the END of the night (10:00ish). If you take the bus down, and prefer to leave early, please plan on an Uber ride back. Ubers should be available both ways if you choose to opt out of the shuttle. **If you choose to drive yourself, there is parking available. If you find it safer/smarter to leave your car at the venue overnight and hop on the shuttle/Uber, please pick up your car the next morning, ASAP.
