Question

What is "Mountain Formal"?

Answer

"Mountain Formal" should be loosely interpreted! Think "garden party" or "beach formal," but the mountain version. We will be gussied up and we hope you'll have fun getting dressed up too. Your party dress, cocktail dress, suit, cowgirl/boy boots, best button-down pearl snap, bolo tie, or sun dress are all welcome. The lodge is located at 4200' elevation. Weather will probably be warm and pleasant (fingers crossed) but bring layers for when it gets chilly. It will cool down after the sun goes behind the trees, around 6pm. It's unlikely to rain in August, but it is Oregon. So bring a rain jacket or an umbrella just in case.

Question

Where do I pay for Friday night dinner or Sunday brunch?

Answer

You can pay at the check-in counter at the lodge when you arrive.

Question

I'm planning to camp at the lodge. Are there showers?

Answer

There are four or five showers in each of the men's and women's bathrooms upstairs. You'll need to bring your own towel but you are welcome to use these restrooms for getting ready for the ceremony. Please be considerate of other guests (including the bride and groom) who will also need to use them.
