11:00 am - 1:30 pm
A time for Jared and Tracy's immediate and extended families to come together for a picnic, meet each other and our ceremony officiants, and share your blessings. Tracy and Jared's sisters will be organizing the picnic; watch the website for more details as the event approaches. There is a $5 parking pass required but your America the Beautiful National Parks Pass, Annual Military Pass, Senior Pass, or Access Pass will work if you have one! https://www.blm.gov/programs/recreation/passes After the picnic, we'll be headed about a half hour drive up the road to Trillium Lake for an informal swim social that you are welcome to join! Parking is limited at Trillium Lake, so we suggest that you carpool when possible. A day-use permit is required. Bring snacks and beverages as well as a swimsuit, sunscreen, and float toy if you'd like to play on the lake that afternoon.
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Swimsuits and flip flops! (bring layers in case the fickle Oregon weather turns chilly)
Bring snacks, beverages, camp chair, sunscreen, a swimsuit, and your favorite watercraft or pool toys. Let's spend the afternoon at the lake getting our Oregon sunshine fix! The lake is better suited to pool toys than swimming, so bring your floaties, your inflatable paddleboard, and life jackets for the kiddos. We also have the group picnic area reserved and can use it as a home base in the shade. Jared & Tracy will be coming from a picnic with their families and would love it if you show up early to stake out a spot along the waterfront. Parking is very limited and requires a Day Use Permit (Oregon State Parks pass will also suffice). Please carpool as much as humanly possible.
6:00 pm
Casual - or dress up if you're feeling fancy!
Please join us at the lodge to meet our friends and family. Somewhere in the mix, the wedding party will do a little rehearsal while y'all are subjected to some very fun icebreaker/get-to-know-you/scavenger hunt games. Or just eat dinner and witness the shenanigans! We hope you'll be excited to spend a little time getting to know each other. You're welcome to take advantage of the lodge cafeteria-style dining ($13.25/adult, $8/child, payable directly to the lodge at the check-in desk) or bring your own food; plan to supply your own beverages for this gathering. If you'll be eating the lodge's dinner, we'll need your final RSVP no later than July 15.
4:00 pm
Mountain Formal (Think "garden party" or "beach formal")
We are so excited to celebrate with you! Please join us for an outdoor ceremony at the Mazama Lodge in Government Camp. There is onsite parking but we recommend carpooling with other guests when possible. The lodge has an ADA ramp and an ADA-accesible restroom. After the ceremony, we'll have appetizers and drinks, dinner, toasts, and music by one of our favorite local bands, the Greenneck Daredevils. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience but no later than July 10.
8:00 am - 10:00 am
Join us for non-hosted brunch at the lodge before we say goodbye to everyone - or just stop in and have a cup of coffee or tea with us. Cost for brunch is $9/adult or $7/child, payable directly to the lodge at the check-in desk. Please submit your RSVP to be included in the lodge brunch by July 15.
