The Roycroft Inn and Roycroft Campus is the location for all of our wedding events. Conveniently located in the center of beautiful East Aurora, the Roycroft Inn is sure to provide an incredible setting filled with history and charm. To reserve a room in this room block (under the names Snyder/Rencz), please call the Roycroft at 716-652-5552. Rooms range in price from $185 plus tax to $335 plus tax. Any rooms that haven't been reserved will be released to the public on 3/28/23.

Rooms are based on availability at the time of booking and are not held till reserved by the individual guest. Availability can change very quickly we do not recommend waiting until you send out your wedding invitation to share this information with your guests.  Complimentary On Site Parking  Banquet rooms are available for Showers, brunches or getting ready if you need more space! Please inquire with hotel if you are interested in reserving one.  Hotel does not offer shuttle service for guests. If you have arranged shuttle transportation and would like us to display that information the desk for your guests we would be happy to!  Each guest room is a separate reservation and will be booked at the current rate available at the time of the booking.  A guest room is confirmed when you or a guest attending your event secures the room with a valid credit card. Airport Information

The closest major airport to Roycroft Inn is Buffalo Niagara Intl. Airport (BUF), which is 16.5 mi away (26 minutes by car). Another top airport is Niagara Falls, NY (IAG-Niagara Falls Intl.), which is around 28.3 mi away. If you are flying, we recommend renting a car for all of your travel needs. Although East Aurora has a lot to offer and is a walkable town, Buffalo and the surrounding area offers so much to see and do. We hope you may be able to stay for a couple of days to explore and see why we love Western new York!
