Out of town family and friends have the option to stay at the venue (Long Cove Resort) or at a near by hotel (Hilton Garden Inn, Charlotte, Ayrsley). If arrangements are made for staying at the venue, you will be able to check into your cabin at 3pm. If your travels bring you to town sooner, you have the ability to book additional nights at either location! Please notify us if you wish to stay at the resort so accommodations can be made!
