Greetings! My name is Michelle Webb, founder and lead decorator of Twisted Lilies. I will be the Day-of Coordinator and Decorator for the wedding of Tracee and Etoya. What a pleasure it is to be a part of the celebration to unite these two beautiful people. As you know an itinerary has been created and more detailed information is soon to come. Just in case you missed it, here’s what is have planned so far. Friday: Meet and Greet starting at 7pm. Saturday: Brunch on the Beach with a group activity/day at the beach to follow. Sunday: WEDDING DAY HOW EXCITING! On Friday, we will meet at an area near the hotel lobby and there will be swag bags per room provided for all those checking in that day. If you haven’t already, please be sure to secure your accommodations.

Brunch/lunch and optional tiki cruise: . The excursion that I was most impressed by was a tiki hut cruise to a small island. I ran this by our happy couple and they were very much interested! The cost per person would be a little over $50 per person. A group could bring their own liquor and the captain will navigate the tiki hut for a 1 ½ hour tour/excursion.

Our Ceremony

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We will boarding the ship at 5:00 PM and departing at 5:30. Our return is at 9:00 PM. Wedding & Reception will be aboard the Yacht. However we will be departing the hotel at 3pm via a chartered bus that will take all guest to the yacht. You will need to be in the lobby on time as the commute will be longer due to a holiday weekend.
