Let's Get Married

It is difficult to sum up the nearly five years of dating that leads us to our wedding celebration this October. Some of you have known us for the entirety of this journey while others intercepted our relationship along the way. But for anyone who has gotten to see us across the meandering, long-distanced years of our relationship, we want to lift up our God to you: by his new mercies each morning we experience greater and greater unity, and we pray that our patient dating history sets a foundation for even greater unity in marriage through the goodness of God. We truly "love because he first loved us" (1 John 4:19). While we can't bring everyone into each moment of our relationship (though we're always happy to ramble about dating over coffee), we wanted to share this picture from our first date with you. We ask that as you look back at our beginning, you would say a prayer for this new chapter of marriage.
