First off, thank you for traveling to celebrate this big day with us. We cannot tell you enough how much we appreciate it and how happy we are to have you. We will be staying at the Bahia Principle Grand Tulum which is a 5 star, all-inclusive hotel, located just 15 minutes to downtown Tulum. Instructions for reservations: Go to: www.bahia-principe.com and select the DESTINATION. Find the hotel, in this case Bahia Principe Grand Tulum & click book now. Choose the 100% Flexible Rate only so that you can apply the group discount in the box on the next page. ( Please, do not register in My Bahia Program. If you register the group code it will not work. You will get a discount upon checkout) Enter your info & scroll down to enter discount voucher: 41413. You will have 2 options for payment: pay 100% of the reservation or make a deposit of 20%. Room block deposits must be made by 7/31/2021. After 7/31 you can still book but the group code will be subject to availability.

Flight

Cancun International Airport

Tulum is 80 minutes south of Cancun. We recommend adding a car service from the hotel to take you to Bahia or the hotel of your choice. These are typically priced per vehicle, not person - so if friends or family are arriving at the same time look into sharing one. LAX has direct flights. You can also leave from Tijuana via CBX tunnel (park on the US side). They have amazing prices.

We will be arriving at the Bahia Grand Tulum on 12/1 and staying until 12/8. Feel free to come join and stay as long as you please. For the wedding week here is what we have planned: 12/2 - Welcome Drinks 12/3 - Welcome Dinner & Entertainment 12/4 - Ceremony + Reception 12/5 - Poolside Also, on 12/6 - Cenote or Mayan Ruins. Please let us know if you will be staying in town and want to join. See above for instructions on how to book. The discount voucher will bring the price down to the same as the M Bahia Rate.
