Is there a gate code to the venue?

Yes! The gate code to Laurel Hall is #1034. *Note* You do have to press the # key before the numbers or it will not let you in!

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

We ask that you refrain from smoking for the duration of our event. Laurel Hall is a smoke free campus and we ask that you respect the venue and us.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal/Cocktail Attire is requested.

The number of people invited in your party were listed on your RSVP, please respect those numbers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask that guests arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the beginning of ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage the use of Uber or Lyft as transportation to and from our event.

What is the bar situation?

We will be offering an open bar for guests. We encourage the use of Uber or Lyft to ensure the safety of all guests!

Our bar will be an open bar for all guests! Cash would only be necessary for bar tips and/or the money dance at the beginning of the reception!
