Things To Do

Mt. Airy Forest

5083 Colerain Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45223

Mt. Airy Forest is one of our favorite hiking spots. It's also where we got engaged!

Northside Tavern

4163 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45223

We went here on our first date! Northside Tavern is around the corner from our old apartment and is one of our favorite places to have a drink and watch the world pass by. Karaoke is on Thursday nights for those who feel adventurous!

Gulow Street

1614 Hoffner Street, Cincinnati, OH 45223

Our Thursday night dinner spot when we were living in Northside. The burger or the rigatoni with garlic bread are our favorites!

Krohn Conservatory

1501 Eden Park Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45202

One of our favorite places to visit, and it's just a short walk through Eden Park, past Mirror Lake, to the Cincinnati Art Museum.

Cincinnati Art Museum

953 Eden Park Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45202

We love the art museum! Most of the museum's collection is free to visit, but during our wedding weekend there will also be an exhibition exploring the early career of the photographer Ansel Adams. The Ansel Adams exhibition is ticketed ($12 in-person, $10 online, cheaper prices for kids and seniors) but is free to visit on Thursday evenings 5-8pm.

Pho Lang Thang

1828 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202

One of our favorite restaurants. Recommendations: Banh Mi, Bun Chay (Tory's favorite), or Com Tam Chicken (Justin's favorite). Get the Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese-style iced coffee with sweetened condensed milk) for a strong but tasty pick-me-up.

Findlay Market

1801 Race Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202

Ohio's oldest continuously operated public market! Our favorite stalls are Dojo Gelato, Colonel De Gourmet Herbs & Spices, and Madison's Grocery.

Newport on the Levee

One Levee Way, Newport, KY 41071

Just a few blocks away from the wedding venue. There's an AMC Theater, the Newport Aquarium, the Purple People Bridge, and a lot of restaurants and shops, plus a great view of downtown Cincinnati across the Ohio River.

Mainstrasse Village

W 6th St & Main St, Covington, KY 41011

Just a short drive from Newport, Mainstrasse Village is a Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, and bars to visit. Our favorite places are the Old Kentucky Bourbon Bar, or Piper's for ice cream.
